Job summary

Eli Consolidated Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated IT Staff to join our growing technology support team in Sampaloc, Manila.

This on-site, full-time position plays a key role in maintaining and supporting our information technology infrastructure and end-user devices. You will provide first-line and second-line support, manage IT assets, install and troubleshoot OS and software, and help safeguard systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT support / help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and software updates across the organisation.
• Monitor system performance and security, addressing vulnerabilities and threats.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to staff on IT systems and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, system updates, and preventative troubleshooting.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT infrastructure improvements and tech upgrades.
• Support network administration tasks, including user account management and access control.
• Respond to emergency situations and critical system failures with urgency and professionalism.
