Job summary

MEGACITY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP. seeks an IT Support professional to ensure smooth operation of IT services across hardware, software, and networks. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and maintain systems.

The role requires a relevant degree and 1+ year of IT support experience, with strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills. Candidates must be able to work independently, travel to sites, and provide after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• BS in IT/CS/CE/IS or related field with relevant IT experience.
• 1+ year in IT support, technical support, or network/system administration.
• High integrity and confidentiality; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to project sites and render overtime when needed.
• Willing to learn new technologies and improve skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, emails, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor company network, internet connectivity, and shared resources.
• Backup and recover company data; ensure data security and continuity.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and records.
• Install updates and antivirus programs for security.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
• Assist in information security and data protection measures.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, and procedures.
• Support IT systems and applications; assist audits with records.
• Monitor proper IT resource usage and policy compliance.
• Provide orientation and training on company systems and IT resources.
• Perform other IT-related and administrative duties as assigned.
