Job summary

Beyond is seeking an IT Administrator to maintain and improve central business applications such as Google Workspace, the Atlassian suite, and Zendesk. You will support users, handle incident response, and drive root-cause analysis while strengthening business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

You will also support the security program, maintain device inventories, monitor vulnerability management, and manage the internal service desk alongside IT projects across office locations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and improving central business applications (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Zendesk).
• Experience in incident response and incident management with root cause analysis.
• Experience improving business continuity and disaster recovery planning and processes.
• Experience supporting a security program with investigations and best practices.
• Maintaining inventory of devices, cloud assets, configurations, access rights and costs.
• Maintain the security posture of end user devices and perform vulnerability management.
• Experience with internal service desk operations and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience deploying security tools and supporting AV/IT infrastructure.
• Experience with PAT testing and maintaining testing records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and continually improve central applications such as Google Workspace, Atlassian suite and Zendesk.
• Provide user support across applications, including incident response and root cause analysis.
• Improve and test business continuity and disaster recovery planning and processes.
• Support security program with investigations and best practices.
• Maintain precise inventory records of devices, cloud assets, configurations, access rights and costs.
• Maintain the security posture of end user devices, including vulnerability management.
• Manage internal service desk ticket queue with the wider team.
• Support the team with a variety of internal IT projects.
• Deploy and manage security tools to end user devices.
• Provide proactive and reactive IT support for meeting room technology and AV equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues related to AV/IT.
• Perform regular checks and setup for monitors, displays, and peripherals across office locations.
• Conduct Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on IT and AV equipment and maintain records.
