Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. You will ensure the availability, security, performance, and reliability of servers, operating systems, network devices, and related services.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot effectively in enterprise environments, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and deliver reliable IT solutions to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure.
• Strong server and OS administration experience in Windows/Linux environments.
• Proficiency with AD, Group Policy, virtualization, networking, and system monitoring.
• Experience with backup/recovery, storage management, and remote replication.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Solid troubleshooting and collaboration skills for cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, OS, network devices, and storage.
• Perform server administration such as user/group management, security permissions, and event-log analysis.
• Monitor data center health, system performance, and uptime of critical systems.
• Configure, deploy, test, and maintain servers, storage, virtualization environments, and related infrastructure.
• Manage backup, recovery, storage volumes, and remote replication for business continuity.
• Apply security patches and configurations to keep systems secure.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide IT support to Help Desk and teams.
• Support cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and integration projects.
• Conduct routine system audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Create and maintain Service Transition documentation for operations and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to implement solutions.
