Job summary

VXI in the Philippines is seeking an IT System Administrator to oversee uptime and support diverse applications that power our day-to-day operations. You will coordinate with technical teams at our Los Angeles headquarters and other regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and manage applications as needed by the business.
• VDI management and macOS enterprise management.
• Antivirus console administration.
• MFA and Exchange/O365 management.
• Ensure 24/7 system uptime for all users.
• Support Windows-based software and client systems.
• Act as IT contact with clients on calls and meetings.
• On-call escalation for major outages.
• Active Directory management, cleanup and audits remediation.
• PAC file administration and software testing for clients.

Job Overview

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the systems' uptime from a technical support standpoint. He or she will be managing different applications that support our day-to-day operation. In some instances, there must be coordinated efforts with our technical teams in our Los Angeles headquarters, and Asia/Europe offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support, maintain and manage the following applications, but not limited to the listed since it will depend on the business need to add/remove if needed.
• Software Packaging/Deployment
• VDI management o macOS enterprise management
• Antivirus console administration
• MFA o Exchange/O365 management
• Support the production and back-office areas, ensuring 24/7 systems uptime for all users.
• Supporting in-house Microsoft Windows, based software as well as client-based systems.
• Participation, including assuming the role of overall IT point of contact with clients on conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Act as escalation point of contact with occasional 24/7 on-call support for major outages and client support
• Active Directory Management & cleanup Internal / External Audits - Remediation actions. Login Scripts
• PAC File administration management & maintenance Software Testing for different clients.
• Be knowledgeable on new/improving tech solutions. Organizational enhancement/development and be able to provide feedback/report to upper management
