Job summary

Aptean is hiring a Support Technician to handle desktop hardware and software issues, including printing, email, networking, and remote access. The role involves deploying software images, maintaining IT documentation, and delivering professional incident resolution on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Respond to support calls within an acceptable time frame.
• Provide support on incidents related to desktop applications, printing, e-mail, networking, remote access, hardware issues and enterprise applications globally.
• Creates and maintains documentation for IT knowledge base.
• Deploy software images for desktop PCs, laptops and mobile clients.
• Troubleshoot and replace failed laptop, PC or printer hardware.

• Deploy software images for desktop PCs, laptops and mobile clients.
• Troubleshoot and replace failed laptop, PC or printer hardware.
