Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Helpdesk – Level 1 Support to provide first-level assistance for hardware, software, network, and system concerns.

We are looking for an IT Technical Helpdesk – Level 1 Support to provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns. The role is responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, configuring devices, managing service requests through the ticketing system, and providing timely onsite or remote support while ensuring compliance with customer SLAs.
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Provide Level 1 Helpdesk Support for hardware, software, and IT-related concerns.
Perform image configuration and PC deployment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, software, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide step-by-step technical assistance to users.
Assist with computer configuration, software installation/updates, and event setup.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to users and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Escalate issues beyond Level 1 support to the appropriate technical team when necessary.
Ensure assigned tasks and support requests are completed within the required SLA.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience using an IT ticketing system to log, track, and manage incidents and service requests.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite, 6 days a week.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays when required by the assigned schedule.
