Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver frontline and escalation-level assistance across hardware, software, network, and VoIP systems. You will configure devices, manage Microsoft 365 services, VPNs, and security tools, and support new branch deployments.

You will also handle remote and on-site support, maintain IT assets, and generate reports on incidents, deployments, and system health to ensure reliable operations across all branches.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, email, network, printers, and VoIP.
• Respond to issues via Email, Viber, or Helpdesk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Set up Microsoft 365 accounts, VPN, shared drives, and endpoint security tools.
• Support onboarding by issuing devices with proper configurations.
• Provide frontline support for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Handle password resets, MFA setup, and account recovery requests.
• Coordinate with System Administrators for new user access provisioning and offboarding deactivation.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and assist in deployment processes.
• Support installation and maintenance of biometric attendance systems.
• Participate in end-to-end IT setup for new branches, including structured cabling and device tests.
• Provide remote troubleshooting using AnyDesk/TeamViewer and deliver on-site support as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance, monitor antivirus status and patch compliance.
• Maintain daily logs of support tickets and prepare reports on incidents and deployments.
