Job summary

Indra Group in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide 2nd level technical support and on-site assistance. You will deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and printers, and work with IT teams to resolve incidents and ensure smooth operation of computer systems and LAN connectivity.

The role involves hardware maintenance, user training, and collaboration with vendors for escalated issues, with a focus on timely, secure IT service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2nd level technical support experience.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, configure and maintain desktop, laptops and printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level technical support for incidents and requests.
• Deploy, install, replace and configure desktops, laptops and printers.
• Offer on-site assistance for setup, maintenance and basic fix of IT systems.
• Provide timely updates on ongoing support issues.
• Assist in basic end-user training on hardware and LAN connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Support security incident investigations and protect assets from threats.
• Assist with setup, operation, backup and recovery of servers and networks.
