Job summary

Withum PC in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned IT Service Technician to provide first and second level hardware, software, and occasional networking support to team members. You will work with IT colleagues across offices to deliver reliable technology services and proactive problem solving.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, remote and onsite support, and a focus on continuous improvement. Associate degree in IT and Microsoft 365 proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in related support service field.
• Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, SLAs and incident management.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
• Travel to remote offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitor the incident management system (ITSM) to ensure tickets are distributed and addressed in a timely manner.
• Timely acknowledgement of support requests and effective communication of resolutions.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level hardware, software, and networking support.
• Deliver remote support to users via phone, email, chat or remote platform.
• Act as onsite representative for technology initiatives.
• Assist management in meeting technology needs and updating IT leadership.
• Work with IT team on technology projects and process improvements.
• Complete required CPE learning hours and yearly goals.
