iCare HMO in Makati is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring employees have reliable access to IT systems and timely incident resolution.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; perform basic network troubleshooting; manage asset records; assist with software deployments; and help onboard/offboard staff while documenting procedures for the knowledge base.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Aufgaben

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for network connectivity issues and escalate complex cases to the Network Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the deployment and testing of software updates, patches, and new systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
• Document technical procedures and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and external support providers when needed.
