Acquire Intelligence is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Ortigas-based team. You will be the first-line defender, resolving hardware and software issues and ensuring productivity across the organisation. Expect hands-on support for desktops, printers, and peripherals with a focus on service quality.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, proficiency with Windows and macOS, and strong customer-facing skills. On-site work in Pasig and active collaboration with IT will be essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support/help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common business apps.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and OS per standards.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Document tickets and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in deployment and provisioning of new IT equipment.
• Provide end-user training on apps and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT team on recurring issues and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection.
