Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking an IT Technical Support professional in Makati to provide hardware and software support for office users, perform maintenance, and manage software updates.

You will troubleshoot errors, install antivirus, test new software and hardware, and maintain accurate IT inventory while documenting issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• At least experience as technical support or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer operating systems such as MS Windows, MAC OS.
• Good understanding of computer equipment, including laptops, desktops, printers and other office related equipment.
• Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and at least basic network troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
