IT Support Staff is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees regarding computer hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and other information technology equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to users with computer hardware, software, and network-related problems, often through phone, email, or remote access.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and peripherals like printers and phones.

• Creating and managing user accounts, including setting up new users and managing passwords.

• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware, including security patches and antivirus software.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Monitoring system performance and security, identifying potential problems, and taking corrective actions.

• Responsible for checking maintaining records or inventory of all equipment.

• Prepare, process, and print order confirmations and related documents from various online shopping platforms, ensuring the accuracy and proper documentation of all transactions.

• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and tracking information for purchases made through different e-commerce platforms.

• Organize and maintain printed order confirmations, receipts, invoices, and other related documents for record-keeping.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology/System.

• Preferably with at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
