Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years IT support, help desk, or technical support experience.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Familiar with networking fundamentals and common tools.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and apps.
• Manage service desk tickets and document activities.
• Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access control.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
• Provide training and guidance on IT tools to users.
• Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex issues and resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
