Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an IT Specialist for the End-User Computing group in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role provides first-level technical support, IT asset management, and ensures security and policy compliance across endpoints.

The candidate should have 1+ year in IT support, a Bachelor's in IT, and experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and remote tools. Shift work and collaboration with IT teams are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or computer systems experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux desktop configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience using remote assistance tools for end-user issues.
• Basic understanding of IP networks including DNS, NTP and FTP.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM/security environments.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Call Center/BPO/SI/IT service provider environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal customers.
• Manage IT assets and inventory including hardware and software licenses.
• Log and track IT service requests and incidents in Freshservice.
• Maintain security and compliance with IT policies and SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to resolve issues and improve services.
• Adhere to IT shift schedules and maintain service quality under pressure.
• Promote safety and complete required training and development.
