Job summary

iRhythm Technologies in Manila seeks an experienced IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support specialist to join our fast-growing team. You’ll onboard/offboard staff, deploy laptops, image devices, and keep the CMDB up to date while supporting remote and on-site users.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on IT support, strong customer service, and proven ability to communicate with non-technical users. You will coordinate with site techs and assist with new technology projects in a high-energy

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to support Director+ roles including Executives and Executive Admins.
Excellent customer service and communication with non-technical end users.
Flexible in a fast-growing environment and able to work off-hours when needed.

Responsibilities

On/Off-boarding logistics: process new hire requests, image and deploy laptops, IT onboarding.
Order work-from-home equipment and perform new hire orientations.
Process off-boarding, asset recovery, and machine reimaging; keep CMDB up to date.
Inventory forecasting, asset lifecycle analysis, and procurement support.
Software and hardware license management; manage Office 365 and security tools.
Hardware support: install, configure, repair, and maintain devices; troubleshoot connectivity.
Provide smart hands for remote iRhythm teams and coordinate with site techs.
Project & new technology support; assist with deployments and vendor coordination.
