Job summary

Sharp Brains in the Philippines seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user and office infrastructure support across Northern Mindanao, including Cagayan de Oro. The role covers asset management, device lifecycle, and project-based tasks in coordination with remote teams and vendors.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, deploy and decommission equipment, and assist with smart office technologies while maintaining accurate asset records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, AV, and workplace technologies.
• Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure projects.
