Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an IT Staff to provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software concerns. The role includes assisting IT operations, asset management, workstation setup, and other technical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of computer assembly, peripherals, and networking is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assist users with hardware and software-related issues.
• Prepare and configure IT assets for deployment and hybrid work arrangements.
• Scan, inspect, and document returned IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct floor checks and perform workstation setup, cable management, and re-harnessing as needed.
• Assist in maintaining IT equipment and ensuring workstations are functional and properly configured.
• Support the Systems Analyst in daily IT operations and other assigned technical tasks.
• Help maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
