Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Desktop Support specialist to enable smooth onboarding/offboarding, manage the CMDB, and handle hardware and software assets. The role supports remote teams and executives while ensuring efficient IT operations in Manila.

Responsibilities include provisioning laptops, imaging, managing licenses for Office 365 and Adobe, and assisting with new technology projects. A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT Helpdesk & Desktop experience.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to support Director+ roles including Executives and Executive Admins.
• Excellent Customer Service First mindset and compassion.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical end users.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a fast growth environment.
• Flexible in a fast evolving environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft operating systems, deployment and imaging solutions, Office 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, and able to work remotely under guidance.

• On/Off-boarding logistics for new hires.
• CMDB management and asset tracking.
• Procurement to maintain forecasted inventory levels.
• License management for software and cloud applications.
• Hardware support and troubleshooting of devices.
• Provide Smart Hands support for remote teams.
