Job summary

First Circle is seeking a junior IT support-minded teammate in Manila. You will respond to requests, log tickets, and keep users updated on issue progress. You’ll troubleshoot common hardware and software problems and help with basic networking, VPN, and meeting room gear.

As a student-friendly role, you’ll prepare devices for new joiners, install approved apps, and assist with onboarding checklists. Prior experience isn’t required; coursework or clubs welcome.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS, and common software issues.
• Familiarity with macOS or Windows and productivity tools.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and ask for help when needed.
• Clear communication and patience when supporting colleagues.
• Attention to detail in following checklists and records.
• Good judgment with confidential information and company devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee IT requests, record tickets, and update users on progress.
• Troubleshoot laptop, software, printer, monitor, and peripheral issues using guides.
• Assist with basic Wi‑Fi, VPN, and meeting room equipment checks, escalating unresolved issues.
• Prepare laptops for new joiners, install approved applications, and assist with onboarding checklists.
• Support equipment collection during offboarding and maintain device inventory.
