Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an IT Support Student Trainee for on-the-job training onsite in the Philippines. You will gain hands-on experience in hardware lifecycle management, asset compliance, and onsite infrastructure support within a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will be mentored by IT staff and contribute to equipment testing, imaging, and distribution for remote staff, while helping maintain boardroom AV and teleconferencing systems.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Must have an active endorsement letter from the University/College OJT Coordinator.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn professional IT operations and workplace etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Hardware lifecycle support: assist in hardware refresh, imaging, and deployment.
• Asset & inventory compliance: support IT Asset Management with physical audits and records.
• Equipment logistics: assist WFH initiatives with testing, boxing, and distribution for remote staff.
• Onsite infrastructure: collaborate on office facility projects including cable management and transport of IT assets.
• Physical setup & maintenance: ensure functioning audiovisual and teleconferencing equipment through testing.
