Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Can render a minimum of 500 hours of internship training.
Willing to be on a hybrid set-up, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Knowledgeable in network security and troubleshooting.
Familiar but not limited to Desktop Windows OS, Desktop MAC OS, Microsoft applications, Microsoft Teams, Windows server, Zoom, Adobe.

Responsibilities

Provide first line of IT support via phone, email, chat.
Manages service desk support tickets and requests.
Assist in onsite meetings, events, and physical troubleshooting/repair of hardware and connectivity.
Coordinate process to other service teams as necessary.
Installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
Implementing best practices for system security and data backups.
Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise.
Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
