Trend Micro Philippines is offering a hybrid IT Support internship to provide first-line assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will manage service desk tickets and help with onsite hardware and connectivity issues, while coordinating with other teams and ensuring secure configurations.

The role requires ongoing enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 500 internship hours, and familiarity with Windows/macOS, Microsoft tools, Zoom, and Adobe.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related courses.
• Can render a minimum of 500 hours of internship training.
• Willing to be on a hybrid set-up, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
• Knowledgeable in network security and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Desktop Windows OS, Desktop MAC OS, Microsoft applications, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server, and business applications such as Zoom and Adobe.
