Job summary

Adventus is seeking a diligent IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users. You will diagnose and troubleshoot a range of hardware and software problems, ensuring minimal downtime.

You will handle deployment, maintenance, upgrading and ongoing support of client computer systems, including Windows OS, AD, Office 365, and Intune configuration. A strong focus on customer service and timely resolution is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Experience with device management and patching in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to end-users.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network).
• Maintain high user satisfaction with strong customer service and prompt resolutions.
