Job summary

Evismart, located in BGC, Taguig, is seeking an IT Support Engineer for full-time, on-site night shift operations. You’ll keep day-to-day tech running, handle user accounts, laptops, printers, and connectivity, and anticipate issues before they impact colleagues.

You’ll work nights and communicate clearly with staff, focusing on proactive problem resolution, routine checks, and minimising recurring IT problems.

Qualifications

• Communicates well in English and can work night shifts.
• Has a solid foundation in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Able to follow a problem through from start to finish.
• Pays attention to surrounding activity to anticipate issues.
• Proactive in taking ownership and resolving recurring problems.

Responsibilities

• Creating and resetting user accounts and passwords.
• Troubleshooting laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Helping with software and access issues.
• Supporting printers and other shared office equipment.
• Troubleshooting basic Wi‑Fi and connectivity problems.
• Setting up equipment for new employees.
• Checking workstations and equipment before they're needed.
• Keeping track of IT equipment, supplies and recurring issues.
• Performing routine checks and proactive maintenance.
• Escalating more complex infrastructure or network problems with context.
