Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting users through incident, request and problem management processes, ideally within an ITIL-based environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure and related administration tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls and information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Experience working with hardware, software asset management and third-party technology suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support activities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.
