TGT Global is hiring for a Service Desk Coordinator in the Philippines, based in BGC with Day Shift. You will provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients, manage incidents and requests, and work closely with teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a service desk role, experience with ticketing tools, and knowledge of ITIL concepts. This position is onsite and offers growth opportunities within a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifications

• More than 2+ years of experience in a service desk/coordinator or similar technical support role.
• Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Autotask).
• Understanding of IT support processes and service desk workflows (incident, service request, escalation).
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts (ITIL) is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Incident management and ticket resolutions for devices, networks, and software.
• Monitor system alerts and address issues proactively.
• Documentation and knowledge sharing; communicate with customers.
