Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, networks, and end-user devices. The role will install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT systems while managing user accounts, assets, and documentation.

Collaboration with vendors and internal teams is required to address IT-related needs. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS and at least 1 year of IT support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and Google Workspace.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to resolving technical issues.
• Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing responsive, user-focused technical support.
