Job summary

Our Clients in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Operations Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure a secure and high-performing tech environment, and provide hands-on support for complex issues. You will manage user access, cloud services, and IT assets while guiding onboarding, cybersecurity, backups, and vendor coordination.

The role includes driving IT projects, process improvements, automation, and AI initiatives, with mentoring responsibilities for junior staff and hands-on onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Drive IT projects, process improvements, automation, system migrations, and AI initiatives while supporting company events and mentoring junior IT staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations and maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, network, connectivity, and system issues while providing hands-on technical support.
• Manage user accounts, system access, cloud platforms, business applications, devices, IT assets, licenses, and configurations.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding, cybersecurity measures, backups, system updates, recovery processes, and vendor relationships.
• Drive IT projects, process improvements, automation, system migrations, and AI initiatives while supporting company events and mentoring junior IT staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support, with prior leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, cloud services, user administration, backups, and cybersecurity.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and managing IT assets, vendors, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a strong service mindset and willingness to provide onsite support when required.
