Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT services, resolve incidents, and ensure SLAs are met across hardware, software, and networks. You will lead an IT team, coordinate workloads, and collaborate with departments and vendors to drive improvements.

In this role you will maintain IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoints, and security solutions, ensuring policy compliance and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations, support or infra administration.
• At least 1 year leading an IT support team.
• Experience with M365, Active Directory, networking, cloud tech, and ITSM tools.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations by ensuring the prompt resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues while consistently meeting service level objectives.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team by coordinating workloads, providing guidance and coaching, evaluating performance, and promoting a productive and high-performing work environment.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, and security solutions to ensure system reliability, security, and business continuity.
• Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver IT initiatives, support system implementations and upgrades, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Oversee IT documentation, asset management, software licensing, and technical reporting while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or IT infrastructure administration.
• At least one (1) year of proven experience in supervising or leading an IT support team.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud technologies, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
• Strong English communication skills, with demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
