Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to oversee daily IT operations and maintain a secure, high-performing tech environment onsite.

You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts and cloud services, and mentor junior staff while partnering with vendors on cybersecurity, backups, and system updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support, with prior leadership experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, cloud services, user administration, backups, and cybersecurity.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and managing IT assets, vendors, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with a strong service mindset and willingness to provide onsite support when required.
