Job summary

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, networks, storage systems, and end-user devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware, software, and related systems.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, IT assets, inventory, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and internal teams to address IT-related concerns and requirements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security practices, policies, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk, or a related role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and Google Workspace.
