Responsibilities

• IT point of contact when IT Support Team Leader or Senior IT Support is not available.
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions for Network, Software and Hardware issues.
• Provide IT support to customers, clients and other departments.
• Ensure that applications, services and networks are up and running.
• Continuous audits on assets, hardware and software.
• Status monitoring of hardware, system and network components.
• May be assigned to systems administration projects.
• Anticipate trends in computing affecting IT Operations - OS, Monitoring, Databases, App Servers, Security, Firewalls and Networking.
• Assist clients, operations, and other business units on hardware/network issues.
• Provide user maintenance and assistance to ensure production IT systems operate efficiently.

The Corporate IT Support is responsible for providing 24-hour support for operations for desktop software and hardware configuration, implementation, and maintenance as well as various technologies managed by the IT department. This person will focus on the administration of the company's local IT Infrastructure to include desktop PC’s, networking and software applications.

The Corporate IT Support will be a very hands-on, member of the IT support team responsible for desktop, laptop configuration, mobile device, network and application support including Windows operating systems and software and other applications. This is an internal customer-facing role, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
