The IT Staff provides technical support to employees, maintains IT infrastructure, administers databases and user accounts, and ensures system security and operational reliability. The role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring IT systems, and supporting business operations through efficient and secure information technology services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns and provide timely technical assistance to employees and users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and PC issues.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize recurring technical problems.
Set up and maintain user accounts, email accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Ensure compliance with user access security policies and procedures.
Manage databases by creating, updating, backing up, restoring, and deleting data while maintaining data integrity.
Monitor database performance and implement backup and recovery procedures.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure continuous surveillance and functionality.
Monitor IT systems, networks, and security controls to identify vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with company security standards.
Monitor production systems to ensure stable operation and minimize downtime.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an IT Support or related role.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, printers, software applications, and network devices.
Experience handling helpdesk requests and providing end-user technical support.
Working knowledge of SQL database administration.
Experience in user account administration and access management.
Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems and routine IT hardware maintenance.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including user access management, firewall concepts, and endpoint security.
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively support end users.
