Job summary

TGT Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support for MSP partners and clients, based at our Eastwood site in the Philippines, night shift.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on administration of AD, O365, and network systems, with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or similar role.
• Expertise in AD, O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, AutoTask/ConnectWise, Fortinet Firewalls, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical customers.
• Able to work onsite at Eastwood night shift.

Responsibilities

• Address issues and service requests across technology: workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor hardware and software.
• Perform general administration tasks as needed.
• Proactively monitor IT systems, servers, networks, and applications to identify issues before escalation.
• Document and share knowledge; communicate with customers.

As an IT Support Engineer...

Youll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal Technical Profile

• More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role

• Expertise inActive Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations

• Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalation.
