Job summary

TGT Global in the Philippines is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support to MSP partners and their clients. You will handle incidents, manage tickets, and ensure smooth operation across workstations, servers, and networks in a hybrid Day Shift environment at Eastwood.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in IT support or application support, knowledge of cloud-based software, and strong written and verbal communication to draft helpful guides and support articles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as IT Support Analyst or Application Support.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions.
• Ability to create support articles and step-by-step guides.
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication skills.

As an IT Support Analyst...

Youll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients.

Ideal Technical Profile

• More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Analyst or Application Support role

• Expertise with cloud-based software solutions and understanding of basic software architecture concepts.

• Help setting up new customers, creating support articles, step by step guides and other helpful documentation to ensure fast and effortless adoption of the module.

• Familiarity of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles is a plus.

• Experience with SQL database and queries and report.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

• Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software

• Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

• Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalated.
