Job summary

Transnational Logistics Solutions Corp. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems in Pasay, Metro Manila. You will ensure reliability, security, and uptime by administering servers, networks, and related hardware and software.

The role involves monitoring, backups, security enforcement, documentation, and collaboration with vendors to keep infrastructure current and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, servers, and security.
• Experience with backups, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, workstations, and other equipment.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Perform server administration, system monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure-related hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain IT security by implementing access controls, security policies, antivirus solutions, and system updates.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and deployment of IT systems, equipment, and applications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure IT assets and infrastructure are documented and maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, repairs, upgrades, and projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, system configurations, IT assets, and procedures.
