Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues
• Provide technical support and resolve user issues with computers or software
• Manage data backup and recovery systems
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data
• Update and patch software and systems regularly
• Maintain and update company databases and servers
