Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, internet connections, and IT systems.
• Set up user accounts, email accounts, computers, and access permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
• Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches.
• Perform regular data backups and assist with data recovery when necessary.
• Maintain IT equipment, inventory, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security policies and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Assist with system upgrades, installations, and technology projects.
• Provide basic training and guidance to employees on the proper use of IT systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data security standards, and procedures.
