Maintain and Monitor Company Website, Proxy Server, and WebCRM
Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal connectivity.
Manage and maintain the organization's servers, both physical and virtual.
Manage and maintain organization’s software for Corporate Services, Finance, and Operations
Perform routine backups, updates, and patch management to ensure data integrity and system stability.
Provide technical support to employees, assisting with hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive company data.
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring the company's adherence.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications.
Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding processes are efficient and secure.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, hardware inventory, and software licenses.
Create user guides and manuals to assist employees in IT-related matters.
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.
Contribute to project planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
