Job summary

Rainphil Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable IT/Tech Support professional to provide end-user assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

You will install, configure, and monitor systems, implement cybersecurity measures, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT initiatives while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience in IT support, system administration, or similar role.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, protocols and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.

2.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.

3.Manage and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

4.Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.

5.Evaluate and recommend IT solutions, software, and hardware upgrades to meet organizational needs and objectives.

6.Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and installations.

7.Develop and maintain documentation, manuals, and procedures related to IT systems, processes, and policies.

8.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement IT initiatives.

9.Conduct training sessions and provide technical guidance to end-users on IT systems, software applications, and best practices.

10.Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT to continuously improve the organization’s IT infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience working in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, protocols, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
