Job summary

Dikshatek is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in IT Staffing and Recruitment Solutions to grow our client base and build long-term partnerships with organizations seeking technical talent.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling IT staffing, technical recruitment, staff augmentation, RPO, or workforce solutions, and a strong history of acquiring new clients while managing the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT staffing, technical recruitment, RPO, staff augmentation, executive search, or workforce solutions.
• Proven success acquiring new clients and closing staffing/recruitment deals.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle—prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Existing network of HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, or business decision-makers.
• Experience handling enterprise or international clients.
• Experience working closely with IT recruiters or recruitment delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients requiring IT recruitment and staffing services.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
• Conduct client discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and recommend staffing solutions.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Maintain market awareness of IT hiring trends and business opportunities.
