Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation, Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in IT Staffing, IT Services, or IT Products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and reaching out to new clients.
• Proactive, organized, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and online research.
• Contact companies and introduce our IT staffing services and IT products.
• Identify and qualify potential clients and their business needs.
• Set meetings and appointments with interested clients.
• Maintain and update client and prospect information.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Recruitment teams.
• Meet monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
