Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist employees by resolving technical issues, managing service requests, and maintaining computer systems and software.

You will resolve requests, install drivers, and log tickets to ensure timely updates. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, at least 1 year of hardware/software experience, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with hardware and software applications, programming.
• Experience with POS support or supporting retail business system applications.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite (Guiguinto, Bulacan).
• Willingness to travel.
