Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant IT support, technical support, system administration, network support, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, internet connectivity, email, applications, and other IT equipment.
• Working knowledge of user account management, network configuration, software installation, data backup, and basic IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concerns clearly to non-technical users.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple IT concerns by priority.
• Able to work independently while knowing when to elevate technical or security issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system concerns.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, printers, internet connectivity, email, applications, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain computers, software, peripherals, and other IT devices.
• Assist employees with account access, password resets, system configuration, and other technical concerns.
• Monitor IT support requests and ensure that issues are addressed within agreed service timelines.
• Escalate complex or critical issues to the IT Manager, vendors, or appropriate technical support when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the company's internet, network, Wi-Fi, and other IT infrastructure.
• Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of computers, peripherals, software, and other IT assets.
• Apply company IT security policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, software providers, equipment suppliers, and other IT vendors.

About you
