Job summary

HSO Group of Companies in the hospitality sector seeks an IT Technician to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware used in hotel operations.

You will monitor networks, support POS/PMS systems, manage CCTV and door lock systems, and coordinate with external providers for upgrades.

Candidates should document issues, back up data, ensure security, and assist with events and daily IT tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support across multi-department environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and security equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware used in hotel operations.
• Monitor and maintain network systems, internet connection, and server performance.
• Provide technical support to all departments regarding IT-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain and update hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and other operational software.
• Manage IT inventory including computers, printers, routers, CCTV equipment, and other IT devices.
• Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades when needed.
• Assist in IT setup and technical support for hotel events and functions.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, issues, and maintenance activities.
