Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network devices
• Provide technical support to office staff and project site teams
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor internet connectivity and CCTV systems
• Manage company email accounts and user access
• Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates
• Maintain IT equipment inventory
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
• Assist in implementing new systems and technology improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience (experience in construction industry is an advantage)
• Knowledge in network setup, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Familiar with CCTV, routers, switches, and server management
