Job summary

Britehouse Corporation is seeking a hotel IT assistant to install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems across the property. You will provide technical support for staff and systems including PMS, POS, and guest internet.

Responsibilities include security, backups, uptime of guest Wi-Fi, inventory, vendor coordination, and staff training on IT tools and security. You will participate in IT projects and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems across the hotel (computers, printers, routers, switches, servers, POS systems, etc.).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff and systems, including internet access, email, software applications, and hospitality systems (PMS, POS, key card systems, etc.).
• Ensure data security, system backups, antivirus protection, and compliance with IT policies.
• Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
• Manage hotel’s internet connectivity and guest Wi-Fi systems, ensuring consistent uptime and quality service.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation for all hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors for system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Assist in training hotel staff on basic IT tools, systems, and security awareness.
• Participate in planning and implementing IT-related projects or upgrades.
