Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/IT.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales support or telemarketing.
• Familiar with IT solutions and their business applications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Build a sales funnel and generate leads via cold calling, emailing, and other activities.
• Handle inquiries and cultivate client relationships.
• Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and requirements.
• Understand and pitch the company’s IT solutions portfolio.
• Stay updated with portfolio development and improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create account penetration strategies.
• Initiate client acquisition and hand over qualified leads to BDMs to close.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate profiles.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets.
